Coconut Ginger Sticky Rice

Ingredients
¾ cup brown rice⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
¾ cup frozen riced cauliflower⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
2 cups cold water⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
1 cup unsweetened canned coconut milk⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
1 Tbsp fresh grated ginger⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
½ Tbsp coconut aminos⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
¼ cup Blue Evolution Alaskan Dried Kombu ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
Method
Combine all ingredients in a sauce pot and bring to boil.
Cover, reduce heat to a simmer and cook for 35-45 minutes longer.
Remove from heat, fluff with a fork and enjoy!⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
