The West Coast Spring 2023 season's menu includes Blue Evolution's Sea Lettuce powder, also known as Ulva, as an ingredient that allows Thistle's subscribers to create a vegan "fish" sauce for the Coriander Quinoa Stir-Fry and Lemongrass Lettuce Cups. Our Sea Lettuce is regeneratively farmed at our offshore facility in Baja California, Mexico. It is a highly nutritious ingredient that contains fiber, iodine, manganese, magnesium, and Vitamins A, B, C, and E.
